Why do you buy insurance? Life, car, homeowners,medical, disability insurance? Because accidents happen, right? So ORB made an accounting mistake. It happens, they're not perfect; but, when the analysts project this stock will be $75 you buy into it. I can forgive that mistake; but, when the company officers sell their stock for a 5 mil. profit, that gets my attention. Why didn't the officers hold until it reached $75? What did they know that we bottom feeders didn't know?
