IBM is touting the technology as their own.

As a customer they call the shots. But make no mistake, It is IBIS technology and they will be handsomely rewarded should SOI technology get fully deployed. I expect full deployment givin the superiority of the technology and the comments IBM made at the conference a couple weeks ago.
