Marty, if one FAB uses PMAT's technology and improves the chip preformance significantly, I would be willing to bet that others will be fast to follow. I suspect that alot of the microprocessor folks are going to take a good look at this technology for fabs that are scheduled for 1998. One of my concerns was if PMAT will be able to crank out enough flowfill systems if indeed they do what PMAT claims. But that may not be as big an issue as I had thought....Electrotech has just moved into a huge facility with enough capacity to meet any near term demands of both flowfill and forcefill. dave
