Interestingly enough, I spoke with the company also, regarding the issue of value if the technology was sold. The response I got from Mr. Schorr was similar. Billions weren't mentioned, but it was more of the issue of "it ain't for sale." Its worth far to much to the company, as governments are drooling to have somebody, like BPON come and clean up their "messes".
Based upon what I gather from the few conversations that I've had with Schorr, and the reading that I've done, it seems likely that capital won't be a problem, since others (governments, etc.) will most likely be willing to front the capital costs. I'm not sure of how the deals will be structured, but I think that given the chemicals that can be extracted, Bioponic could easily pay back a few Million dollars, once production is ramped up. Hopefully for we shareholders, they will get either free or cheap financing under this scenario, and basically get to keep the "gold"!
Perhaps the skeptics will wonder about competition. From what I've been told there isn't anybody else on the planet (at this point) that has this (MR3) capability. Thus, nobody can undercut BPON on deals for environmental cleanup, based upon a "bidding war" for the raw materials to be extracted.
This is my analysis of what I know, based upon being a layperson. As always, I'm long on this stock, but suggest anyone lurking do their own DD.
P.S. When I think about how rich I might be based upon the upside, it sure makes me feel better about risking what I've put in. Let's hope next week brings news of shipments and hopefully new deals!! |
