Well, I didn't use wallpaper when building our 7Ksqft air-solar/well-water heatpump home, on our acreage along the river. Iowa Power found it one of the most efficient non-earth-berm-type homes in the state; at the end of their 2-year study. I always considered wallpaper a rather cheap substitute for a quality, walnut-trimmed, finish, myself.

If you need a place to store your doublewide, I suppose I could lease you space in my garage.

Fixing things, like my clients Y2K problems, is always fun; but, I rather enjoy just doing systems right in the first place. Saves a ton on down-the-road maintenance.

WAST is an ethic and philosphy which will be successful in the long run, because it's the right thing to do; and the right way to do it. Having a PhD at the helm to straighten out sure beats having to meddle with quick fixers, or slight-of-hand artists like Sterritt.

Regards,

John :-)
