Maybe some one sees something I don't. The insider trading looks normal. I'll tell you why. And remember, this is from someone who is extremely critical of 3com insider trading.

Fisrt, Lee (is it?) is selling out. I don't really know but he looks the a tek guy, who sold out and has been dumping high and low. Next, the CEO, what's his name, is selling a consistent number of shares for the last two years, high and low prices. He is scooping TOO MUCH for just compensation, but I assume he is more than just an officer. BUT NO ONE seems to be Pumping and Dumping.

The stock seems to be in "accummulation" which is a fancy way to say that there have been a consistent outstanding number of shares since the IPO in 1995. The IPO guys, I think its Montgomery, were NOT known for doing BS deals.

The Creative competition is Vapor Ware, as of now. They are GOING to come to market with a product, RSN. (real soon, now)

The 144 stuff that is coming now, are mot sales, BUT NOTICES OF INTENT TO SELL, and may be in anticipation of a good earnings announcement.

Who among you KNOWS the company?? is the attitude positive, is every one busy, do the phone numbers work?? This is not insider stuff, this is good DD :). Does anybody on this thread know??

QUE PASA MO-DAY-MOES???

dUKE.
