New Drilling Program Planned March 5, 1999 - We hit vein 27 today and we finished Friday at 187 meters. Starting at 158 meters we encounter numerous quartz, quartz/sulfide and sulfide veins of widths varying from 5cm to 24cm for the next 30 meters. A small fault shift was detected. Vein 27 had shrunk to 30cm itself at this point. These 30 meters of what could be excellent workable width were so exciting that Doug Boddy put selected samples on a truck and sent it to Halifax for immediate testing at TUNS (Daltech). We hope to show the results at the PDAC (see above). Hole #3 will probably end around the 225-meter depth. Hole #4 will be started near hole #2 and bored at a minus 45-degree angle and drilled to a shallow 100 meters. This scissors hole will provide much needed target information. Intercepts from this hole will confirm formation structure and dictate certain underground moves. The chart of the structure along this line is beginning to take shape. All these great intersections from the first three holes have us thinking that we need to keep on drilling. Our driller has been notified and the crews hired for another 10 holes to commence as soon as hole #4 is complete. Financing for the new 10-hole program will be completed next week. These new holes will be on a parallel line and will begin the data source for quantification. One of the holes will be at 70-degrees, drilled right down vein 27. This should prove most exciting. Another hole will be vertical through the dome of the twin anticline. This is where veins 27 & 27a surface and split into two large, opposite running veins. Our office received dozens of calls and even more e-mail after the close of the market today. It seems that hundreds of thousands of shares were bid for at 9.5 cents and went unfilled. We are not the market maker. "Katy bar the door!" on Monday morning.
