serious problems. why do you think that idtc is desperate to spin-off the net2phone division? they developed a money losing product which has cut profits in 1/2 from last year. do you really believe the bondholders will agree to the consent agreement? this consent agreement would have been a cake walk, except the only advantage is for idtc, and none to the bondholders. idtc could be the next cpu, 5 billion in revenue and zero profit at this rate for the ideas. idtc has now strung along shareholders for a month. how long will you hang around? dead money, actually worse than dead money, this is diminishing money. good luck.
