Also read an options report on thestreet.com site that the last 2 days of market activity has not increased volatility(Mar 5--report). The price on calls (in general) have not become expensive.

No wonder the April 170s are still cheap. The market for options in MSFT is not factoring in the split run-up at this point. Just my opinion. I don't have too much of a background on call option pricing.
