Are we all a litle too negative on SEG? Don't anyone think the low was put in the other day at 26 1/2? This is the first time it has rallied almost 3 3/4 pts. in 3 weeks. I say if it trades over 30 3/8 on a closing basis, you are looking at 35 within days!
