Sparc core............................................ techweb.com McGhan said only a few of Sun's customers, such as C-Cube Microsystems, Hyundai Electronics Industries Co., and Scientific-Atlanta, have incorporated the Sparc design into their products. Because C-Cube purchased the core outright, Sun's new strategy will not affect its prior relationship with the company, according to Ed Silva, senior product marketing manager for C-Cube's Consumer Network Products unit in Milpitas, Calif.
