ASMCD is, according to my sources in Malaysia, very real and considered to be the best internet company to come out of the country to date. I understand that the Malaysian government has already invested in the company, and is considering being a big follow on investor. In addition with lots of cash, no debt and a stock price over 5, the company should go from a BB listing to a full nasdaq listing in the near future. I have read the "shell's" docs, and indeed the shell is "clean"; ASMCD is being chaired by a former partner of a major US investment firm.
