Hello all. I am an emigre from RB. But some of my posts there have been transferred here see.#1816 and #1817 and others discussing my conversations with MRPS. I am long MRPS and quite excited about the possibilities.
I thought I would join you good folks as well as the RB board. While I haven't read "every' post here, I have read through most and appreciate the efforts of Brian, Re:MAX, Vic, Dan and Dave, Radar, and many others.
My id there and in transferred messages here was JoeMA but that id was already registered on SI so I have chosen Joe-MA here.

I just posted the following message on RB and am reposting here to get some responses...

Upon sober reflection on the PR yesterday, I think it wise to at least raise some critical comments, - questions and remarks that I hope are clarified or remedied soon. Please remember, I am long- continued to buy yesterday - and am not in any way bashing here.

1. Based on previous pr's from the company and my and others' phone calls, firm contracts were confirmed with Ford, NASCAR, SPX (Europe priv. label distributor), GM Pontiac and maybe the Dayton plant, FM MAFCO (distributor in 5 states). If I were releasing pr's from MRPS, I would take every occasion to list these customers. I was disappointed they weren't mentioned yesterday.

2. The previously identified mess about the PR firm with 1.6mill shares has changed to an investment bank (IB) with 1.4 mill shares which MRPS thinks have been sold on the market.
It is unclear if these shares add to the float of 4 mill.-were already counted there, or even if they are part of the 10mill outstanding. Since this is a significant number, it should be clarified. I realize they can't say much about the legal action, but they could at least clarify what kind of shares these are and how they affect OS and float

3. What exactly does MRPS own- the pr states patent-pending status on the 'signature sound" method of using ultrasonics. Previously, I understood that Jimmy Gayle purchased the patents from some German engineer. What's up here? Also, is this "signature sound" software? hardware? both? And also a company identified as "CTRL" is listed as a competitor. Any one know anything about this company? I will try to track them down on the net and will report what I find.

4. No mention was made in the pr regarding the murky area of their original IPO under some other shell company. I have not found any info about this and am still concerned if there are any leftovers from that which would indemnify the company, such as "warrants", preferred stock" and any other rights. I hope not, but I haven't seen this part of MRPS history discussed.

Well, with all that said, I also understand this is a small semi-start-up without the sophistication and PR or IR resources of a larger firm, and communication should improve if they do in fact bring on an IR person or firm soon as Ron stated earlier. Also, I am excited about the "37 major potential companies " in negotiation.

This is not my first or second venture into the OTCBB world - and I have some bad experiences there- so I am trying to temper my enthusiasm for MRPS with some healthy scepticism and questioning.

Looking forward to next week. i think we have a real winner here. If anyone can address these remarks positively or negatively, please do; but please, civilly.
