USRX has been gang raped and beaten so bad lately- without putting up a fight- that is why people feels USR is an easy target to be messing with. I feel that MOT's action is premeditated and influenced by ROK, et al. They have tried all kind of ways to muddy the water for USR. I guess this is the do or die thing for them if USR launches their x2 modem this week. I just hope that investors are smart enough to know that anybody can file a lawsuit, however, getting a recovery is something else. Nevertheless, I hope USR will come out tommorrow with a comment about vigorously defending itself against the lawsuit and, in addition, announce x2 launching date.
