Middlebrooks of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida entered an order temporarily halting on-going sales of unregistered securities by three Florida based boiler-rooms and a group of Florida companies......" riley it appears , as in the case of wellrich , while not being a broker / dealer , the boiler room wellrich has been soliciting aznt shareholders for their stock while at the same time touting house stocks owned by aznt shortsellers. this marcus stuff is a good find & it demonstrates the working relationship with telemarketers, shorts & promoters. another interesting note is how this boiler room procured a no-bo list of company stockholders & that tonto also has posession of such a list of rmil stockholders. spider
