The trading volume is low though- which seems to be why there is this fluctuation (as those who bought the stock cheap still want to reap the profits by selling it).

Seems that activity will resume if there is some kind of positive announcement of something by the company. This might also mean that a lot of people are holding onto the stock in anticipation.
