Why? EBAY makes money on every transaction while ONSL does the opposite. EBAY adopts a true E-auctioneer model whereas ONSL is mostly a money losing E-commerce business model running the risk of obsolete inventories with no prospect of +EPS in the foreseeable future.

Looking at the accelerated rates of some of these internet companies like ONSL, PriceLine losing money, only the most naive fail to envision their inevitable demise in the intermediate future, as Lauren Levitan warned a few weeks ago during the RSSF conference.
