Jim:

As mentioned earlier, I to am very excited by the prospects of this company and I have a couple of other comments as well. MR3 is NOT the only environmental remediation system out there. There are dozens of companies, solutions and different plans, I've looked at at least three personally. However, by using ion exchange, this system seems to have the most potential - in theory it should eventually able to remove ANY known element - but at what cost? Electrolysis can do the same thing for many of the base and precious metals, but that means that a company must have a secure and cheap form of electricity. Generally, that is not a problem for us in Canada as we tend to have an abundance of hydro-electric power.

Iridium is one of the fastest growing, most desired metals, if they extract that, then....

So, my big question now, and I hope to talk to the company again on Monday, is what is the production cost? Do they have it figured per tonne, per project etc? I know that the start-up costs are very expensive, an average plant is at least 25m to build. What is it to operate?

And I did talk to them extensively about source material and capital partnerships. They are more than willing to do either, however, their method of choice appears to have the desired company finance the majority of the capital cost, and then recieve the profit from the processing until the majority of the financing has been repaid. It's a logical business idea, I just hope it doesn't scare off some of the potential clients.

Last question, and I hope someone can answer this... Is the MR3 process patented? I'm sure it must be, but still, is the PROCESS, not the technology patented?

Good luck folks

Greg
