Hello Jim,

The one ray of hope may be the outfit they are calling in to help with the turnaround.

If you want to be known as a "turnaround" facilitator - you can't afford many failures. It's better to walk away from a loser, than to try and fail....the word gets around too quickly. I do "start-ups" of new factory automation and process systems - and you have to remain successful, because your next assignment is usually a referral from the last one. Same would seem to apply for the Ridgefield Group.

If that outfit really has signed on to do a fix (..I just don't have time to hunt them down and call this week..), and they have access to real money - that will be really super. If someone could back-check this, and post, it would dispell a lot of doubts. I don't like to lay off my DD/etc. on anybody else - but I just don't have any extra time to spend on this one.

I invested in WAST because it's a "good thing" for the environment, like (O/T) NECX, AQSE and some others. These are not my "moneymakers", more like "seeding" for the future in things that make sense.

Regards,

John :-)
