Perhaps you'd like me to rephrase it... How's this? When you are talking to Jimmy, how do you know he's not screwing you over?

Now that I have your attention again, I'd like to change the subject to the contradictions we are seeing with the investment banker.

Recently, someone reported a conversation with Myles where Myles indicated a court order had been issued to the investment banker prohibiting it from selling MRPS shares #reply-8149705.

Yesterday's PR indicated an NASD arbitration was pending with the investment banker, in addition to legal action #reply-8173863.

I checked the NASD web site and here's some of what they have to say about arbitration, "...in choosing arbitration as a means of resolving a dispute, they generally give up their right to pursue the matter through the courts." #reply-8178242.

I'm disappointed everybody was so busy finger banging themselves over the up-tick at the close that this contradiction went unnoticed, particularly since I all but drew a picture with my #reply-8178242 post.

Now, I'll be the first to acknowledge that none of us know what is really going on here, but timely filing with the SEC could calm some concerns. After all, 10Ks summarize pending legal issues, mention beneficial ownership, changes is shares outstanding, but why worry our pretty little heads. BTW that's a pun on very small heads.

The worst case scenario is that the investment banker sold some shares he didn't own. In other words, he caused a short sale. There are laws about short selling BB stock and here's an interesting post incase anyone wants to read more in this area #reply-8178414. Anyway, if there is a case for recourse, why give it up for arbitration.

As near as I can tell, some 3 million shares have come into the float within the last month. Some here want to blow it off, but I remind you that's a 300% increase in the float. In my judgement, this may be the most important issue facing investors at the moment and I'd like to know more about what's happening.

Now you're telling me they'll be "out of town" next week #reply-8180872. I just have to ask, did he mention Bermuda or Canada?
