I have a few questions about the "mapping" companies like VTS and PGO.

how many oil sites are currently mapped, but not drilled? Do the oil companies need to continue to shell out for these services during the current situation, or is there enough backlog of drilling information collected that no mapping is needed for awhile?

Is "remapping" ever needed? In other words, does something about the data change over time, rendering it less useful?

If anyone can address these issues, it would be appreciated!
