In addition, TP will not be able to offer pay-anyone for some time, I doubt if they have even dusted off Citi's old mainframes yet...I would love to see some of the spaghetti code in those old mainframes. Most likely be some data center issues if they are doing some of the processing in Denver and some in New York, not to mention NT servers[Denver] just can't handle transaction processing.
