Hi, doesn't appear to be much discussion on this turnaround story,
seems people are more interested in firms that dig holes in the
ground in far away places.

I picked up the earning report and clearly this story continues
to unfold. Did a analysis of Gentra versus other public real
estate firms that have analyst coverage, and feel this stock could
trade in the $10 to $12 range within a year.

Declining interest rates, declining commercial vacancy rates and
excellent properties, what more could a reat estate investor want.

Will be an interesting stock to follow, Cheers.
