the 'evidence' was only forwarded to riley as of late. he forwarded it to paige harper, the proper authorities & posted it on his web site. my concern is how tonto had possession of this information, how it was procured, did he trade on it? if it was rec'd from a broker, was the nasd notified as required? spider
