The recent decline in CSCO is without merit. COMS business is weak can be attribute to CSCO's gain of a major COMS customer.

We all know that SCH, EGRP, AMTD and other on-line brokers are facing growing pains. This is where CSCO comes in. You can be sure that as long as these brokerage firms are seeing huge trading volume increases, CSCO is going to benefit from the boom of hardware installment and upgrade.
