I used to work for this company and I'm telling you - avoid it until they announce the resignation of their CFO. She's a total bitch, and the morale of the company is very low. Everybody wants to quit and is searching for other jobs because of her. She was in charge of sales until a few weeks ago, and they took that job away from her because the sales team hates her, and cant work with her. Also, they've been buying other companies. They've bought about four in the last two years, and they're really overloaded. The systems don't communicate etc. They've been planning to make two acquisitions per year, and that't what they've been telling the market analysts. But they're already snowed under, and they're only in year two. Also, several top executives have left within the last two months. The company is in chaos. Their price/earnings ratio is 125% above the industry average, and I would seriously expect their stock to drop soon. In fact, they reported flat earnings growth (quarter over quarter) for 4Q96, and their stock has dropped about 10 points (25%) in the last few weeks.
