if the merger dies, then tmcs should rise as a nice internet play. but since usai owns a majority that may scare investors away because usai could enter into another of these agreements and offer up tmcs again as a sacrificial lamb. also lcos faces similar pressures, will they enter into another agreement that is a take under?

but when will cmgi or lcos come out and decide the deal is off?

lcos has several class actions which are weighing on its stock, although i doubt the lawyers will win anything. lcos now down about 40% since the announcement, not good.
