What SEC filings? Based upon the information that was in the hands of Tonto and certain stock brokers since Sept-Dec. 1997, RMIL has failed to make the proper filings for stock ownership and sales transactions. The company told everyone that called and talked to them that their shares were Rule 144 for 1 year, and this did not come from the CARTEL LEADERSHIP as you state. Facts, facts, facts... Keep them straight! RG
