Credit for me is good, yet attribution keeps the lawyers happy at Microsoft.
Regarding a secondary offering, one would have to assume that the company is thinking about it. I don't have any particular insight into when such an offering would come. However, I would be very happy to see it. The equity commands a more appropriate valuation now, and a secondary offering would provide the working capital to take their business to a higher level.
At times, some investors view a secondary as a "yellow flag," or in cases like this, traders might dislike a secondary because such a move increases the float (likely to reduce volatility at some point). However, I would view a secondary offering in very favorable terms if in fact the investment bankers made a good placement. The working capital would be of use to the company.
