that is valid argument but w/o disclosure that could not be answered. bob quiel first brought to my attention many months ago the information tonto gave riley supports. yet, quiel, nor ANY OF US, had this documentation, it was INSIDER INFORMATION. dempsey mork verbally gave this information to bob quiel. therefore, w/o tonto stating anything different, i would 'guess' tonto rec'd this INSIDER INFORMATION directly , or indirectly from mork. once riley had the info in his posession he DISCLOSED IT!! now we get back to tonto. how did he get this insider info? did he trade on it? did he get this info from a broker? if so, did the broker provide this to NASD as he MUST!? spider
