I don't know the specific date when GUMM will release their year end and fourth quarter earnings. So far, the company hasn't given an exact date. They have until March 31 according to SEC rules. Has anybody heard a date?

With regards to your short position. Did Datek tell you that you had to cover it within 10 days after the settlement date? How long did you hold your short? If you consider these questions too personal, no need to reply.

What's to stop anybody from covering their short and shorting it again on the same day? It doesn't appear as if the mandatory close out rule prohibits that.
