Alex, Please do your homework better. 1. TLTK is not shortable. It must be marginable to be shorted (which it is not) unless you are a MM which I am not. 2. Please check the 1995 Annual Report regarding the TLTK SEC investigation. Why would the TLTK annual report say there was an SEC investigation if there is not? Please explain this point clearly so even the really stupid guys like me can understand. 3. Numbers 1 & 2 above are facts, please direct me to any rumor I have made/started/etc. Mssr Hardin, please get your facts correctly next time you take it upon yourself to flame me to avoid embarassing yourself and your family name.
