This thread has been pretty dead for a while. There is lots of good news for VYTL. The first ring of their new network is scheduled to open on 3/15/99. Lucent is going to "beta" test it's new equipment on this network in exchange for letting VYTL use it's equipment. Sounds like a win-win situation.
