Mooter,
I will try and check out the Valence Battery to NASA ( JPL )
I live about five miles from JPL and have a few friends who work for JPL ( Jet Propulsion Laboratory )
It would validate the quality of the battery, but NASA is never a good customer for a production high tech product.
