I think that it is futile to predict whether or not Markman has anything up his sleeve and announcing that information prior to or just after the earnings. I quit crossing my fingers about 3 months ago. The fingers started getting cramped:) Hope you are right, but I wouldn't count on any news. Expect the worst and hope for the best.
