I am planning to upgrade my computer from win 95 to 98 and to increase my ram from 32 to 64. My technician tells me that he has to format my disc drive for best results. This is to me a very scary idea. He will save my office 97 files on a zip drive. I am wondering what will happen to my email files (outlook express) and favorites when he installs the browser that comes with win 98. I presently run IE4 with I believe the 128 bit? safety feature (needed for online trading with my broker). I guess my question is can this be done in a way that I will not lose my files? Sorry for the length of the post but I am quite worried and having second thoughts. Norm
