Looks like that article pretty much covers the bases. He has several scenarios...any of which could happen. Bottom line is that no one knows. But half the people will be right. In my "real" business as a rig broker, it is turmoil and volatility that creates the opportunity for me to develop transactions -- whether the industry is rising or falling.
