I looked at that and I know there have been answers to this question posted and I have read them but remain confused. When this merger is complete how many shares will be out total fully diluted? If an ADR represents two shares as I understand it does, then how many ADR's will be out. Will it be correct to say that two times the number of ADRs represents the total number out. Thanks to anyone smart enough to truly clarify this. Also now that they are getting out of South Africa to an extent at least, how much are they insulted from a meltdown over there if one were to occur? One would suppose that the value of gold would rise and their other assets become more valuable to them at the same time?
