Funny thing Josef............
Here are some excerpts from email I received from Kraft which you may find interesting. The first excerpt is very telling...
"...I'm sure that the reason you want this written is so you have a record of what I'm saying, so you can refer to it or post it in the future. Please be advised that this is a private communication and shall not be distributed to anybody without my written approval...."
There are several problems with this above excerpt.
1). This excerpt is acknowledging a PREFERRED correspondence with a specific share holder. SEC regulations specifically do not allow such "private communication" between IR and any one share holder. This email message in its entirety has been forwarded to the SEC.
2). Legally the case for privilege was not established or agreed to prior to receipt of this email message. Therefore, Kraft's statement that I need his "written approval" is a term he set forth, but under which I am in no way legally bound to since I never agreed to prior to receipt of this "private communication" . Kraft should have preceded any written statement I received with a confidentiality agreement, to which I signed and agreed, prior to the release of any such statements on his part as contained within the email from which this excerpt is taken. Kraft, therefore, willfully put this information into the public domain.
3). In addition, Kraft didn't qualify that no part or any excerpt from his said text couldn't be reproduced "in part". Kraft, therefore, further undermined his own pretense at legalese.
Now from the body of the email from Kraft

"...As part of my DD I did go to the SI site this morning. However, I got bored looking at all of the postings of a company I had no interest in, and gave it up as a lost cause after reading about 20 postings. I did notice that although you said you weren't long or short, you were all over them. You appear to be like some of the vigilantes that are all over us. Possibly the same person with a different name? I really don't care. You can be all over them as much as you want. However, for your info I did buy 10,000 shares of their company last week because I was told that WSRG was going to promote them, and I am not adverse to making a quick profit. But so far, that is our only involvement with GTCI. ..."
"...The other thing is that you are deluding yourself if you feel that a BB company does not have to use external sources to get their story out. IF THERE 'AINT NO AUDIENCE, THERE 'AINT NO SHOW! We are building a real company. We are diversifying to protect the shareholders. We are looking at a myriad of different ventures that we can go into which will be profitable. But NOBODY would buy a BB stock if there wasn't a reasonable expectation of a quick and good profit down the road. We want to acquire other technologies, and to do that we have to raise money. It makes economic sense to do it when the stock price is higher.
As for GTCI, they have a presence in Asia that we would like to piggyback on to. We are evaluating their software to see if it makes sense to bring it to NA. NO DEALS HAVE BEEN MADE, YET, WITH GTCI. Possibly none may ever be done. As for that director, as I said I've never heard of him, but I was told that he joined their board to help them out until they could find somebody different. As I said, don't know, don't care
As stated earlier, I've taken you off of all of my lists so you won't hear from me again. I will not respond to anymore questions about GTCI because I just don't have the time to deal with questions about a company that I have no interest in, other then making a profit off of my 10,000 shares. ...."

Greg, You said....
"...I really don't care. You can be all over them as much as you want. You also stated, "...As for GTCI, they have a presence in Asia that we would like to piggyback on to. We are evaluating their software to see if it makes sense to bring it to NA. NO DEALS HAVE BEEN MADE, YET, WITH GTCI...."
1). Did you know anything about WSRG's promotion prior to taking your position because of PINC's use of WSRG for promotion?
2). Is there not a contradiction between the first and second statement?
Sincerely,

Greg:
Boy are you sensitive...I've been getting spammed by you daily with all your lurid jokes......and now you take offense at a few pointed questions? And by the way...I did click on the URL and it worked fine for me...don't know why you couldn't have visited the SI site anyway which would have been a simple work around. Anyway, regardless of whether or not you were able to access the URL seems to be a bit besides the point anyway...and let's not get in a pissing contest over what I would consider a misunderstanding. Now for shareholders, my opinion is that the best strategy is a long term one. Not one that will benefit from a quick pump by the WSRG. A long term strategy for a company is to BUILD the business and not merely PUMP the share price. Now you may choose to disagree and may be concerned about share value because you yourself need the money. This I don't know and would rather not conjecture. Such a conjecture is besides the point anyway. All I am saying that using a service like WSRG can back fire on you and actually undermine creditibility in PINC. Why these words upset you so, I do not know. Anyway, I'd prefer to get in writing the nature of the current and former relationship between GTCI, Veronex, Planet City Graphics, and Planet City Software. I will not call you, and will construe any non--reply by you, unfortunately, as an aspersion. I will tell you that I personally was very upset to find PINC name linked to in any way with GTCI. I have attempted very adamamtly to provide support for your company, and I, therefore, was taken aback by any relationship. I will therefore, not cast any doubts or assuage any doubters until I get a written reply from you explaining the exact nature of the relationship. Now, believe me I am doing my best best to remain objective. However, be forewarned that there are a ton of conspirancy theories being put forth by others with which I do and do not necessarily agreed. Therefore, I implore you to respond to this mail. This is NOT a threat, but I do take your words "...And I meet threats head on..." as a call to arms. So please remember that any EXAGGERATION of claims, even if the underlying claims are true, in an effort to bolster share price through the use of news letters is construed as manipulation...so again I advise you as a courtesy to be careful about the company you choose. That's all. Sincerely, ztect ====================
There's more....but that should give you the gist of what PINC's IR is saying about the prior relationships.
Funny how IR is in Vancouver, Planet City Graphics is in Vancouver, GTCI's directors are in Vancouver, and so many of the other shell companies associated with the director's of GTCI are also associated with Vancouver...
Also pretty amusing if you caught the "Scammy's" on SI hosted by Rande.....
Take a wild guess at which city in North America what the Scammy Award for scam capital of North America?
Bet you can't guess....
Sincerely,
ztect
