Mohan, earnings for this company have been really good, yet still the price has languished. My opinion of this lack of price movement (well, UPWARD movement anyways) is that they either have been or are planning to issue scads of new shares. Even if they have no intentions of doing so, my guess is that the institutions etc are convinced that they will. My reason? Simple : They did the reverse split (1:20, I think it was) but decreased the # of authorized shares by only a factor of 4! Not a good sign. -MPO
