At some point, you need to have a lttle confidence in your decision to buy, sell, or hold. If you are buying BB stocks without know the risks, you shouldn't be here. I've seen my share of scams and took my lumps and I am 100% sure there is enough to this story to warrant buying and holding. GM and Ford WILL NOT let that PR remain as is if there was anything false or misleading. Their lawyers are a hell of a lot more versed on securities laws than you or I. If you have a sound argument, I would genuinely like to hear about it.
