WAYNE RUMBALL IS FINALLY SHOWN FOR WHAT HE IS. By bashing everyone else's pick and crying "scam" he thinks people will trust him when he has a "pick". Wayne, at first you denied that PCES had $2 million in the bank. When you found out that you were wrong, did you retract your statement? No. Instead, you changed your position.
