Aloha, First, you jump into a post I made to somebody else and ask for figures. I was posting to Tommassano, who follows Dell and keeps up with it. I was not posting to the slow class who owns Dell and has no idea what is going on at the company.
Second, if I kept all the material I read from these scam companies on hard copy and right at hand, especially the stuff going back to July, I'd need to buy about 300 more file cabinets. I keep new stuff about a week and then toss it. It is on the Net if I ever need it for some reason. You can get to it as fast as I can. If you snooze, you lose.
Third, once I've said it in print and shown the documentation, you either read it or you don't. If you come too late to know about what is common knowledge to everyone else, either look it up or go away. I am not a file retrieval service.
Fourth, I have been known to look up stuff for people if they are not so nasty in their notes right from the start. Not often, but sometimes.
