JD, Still holding my TSSW position. Waiting for some confirmation from the company about the Unicore deal. Unicore is profitable and has about 2 million in revenue. Y2K sales are up. Looking for a profit in the second qtr . . . President will be the largest stockholder. He may pay more attention to the price of shares then the prior mgt now that his interest is linked to ours. Company sales below cash with no debt. . has time and money to turn around. . . needs a good mgt team . . . waiting DC
