One of the interesting aspects of all this is the franchise oppourtunities. With all the big names rolling through the door it will have some easy free commercials on ET, VH1,MTV and the like...For Instance gloria Estafan , Celine Dione and Bette Midler are all scheduled in the near future . And as far as I can tell all their special events are sold out for the next 2 years.

Also it as I understand IVY has a TON of high roller stockbrokers as regular clients. They are gonna start pushing this stock as an aggressive play in short order if they have not allready....

Final point the owners of IVY are VERY well connected and very wealthy. With this manuver they can become essentially a publically traded company with litttle more effort or expense....Hard Rock 2 :)
