Absolutely correct ..... for the sake of argument - lets say that by waiting an extra 3-4 weeks the company is able to valuate the property upwards by an extra 15-25% .... when you consider the numbers we _may be talking about - this extra valuation could mean - in the l o n g several tens of millions of dollars - and that is being conservative. We have given the company our money ..... Managements responsibility and obligation is to extract as much value from this property as possible. Let us let them do their job. MB
