Susan G, I have to say to you as well what a very good job you are doing. I work pretty hard to keep the thread balanced with not much 'noise' and 'off topic' banter and I can't be around all day because sometimes I just have to get in a few winks, or I get a long distance or conference call that takes me away for an hour or more. Knowing there are so many fine people out there like yourself gives me confidence that the thread and even eventually Market Gems itself will be in good hands while I'm away (and not just for 'organization' Susan, hey you have had some great picks lately!!)
