What I read in my investors package is that the company "Microphonics" is actually a Holding company for three Tennessee Companies, They are as Follows: 1) Ultraphonics of North America: makes hand held testing equipment sold thru DISTRIBUTORS. 2) Microphonics Inc: Makes MR model A07. Sold primarialy to Automotive OEM and aftermarket. 3) Soundlogic Inc: Makes the software for testing devices. Lastly there is an inactive Massachusetts Co. called Project Manufacturing. This was set up for manufacturing and assembly of products designed by the above companies. It looks to me, and a lawyer friend of mine that Ownership of MRPS encompases ownership of all the above companies. Also do you really know how many different uses there are for Ultrasound? Millions, that's why so many companies are out there making application specific uses of ultrasound. One Company couldn't do it all in a thousand years. Also please refer to Popular Science, January edition, "fusion in a glass. They have acheived a result thought of as impossible before, using guess what, Ultrasonics! This is a big field and applications are endless. MRPS has carved out a niche for their products out of the hides of FORD,GM, NASCAR, and many others.
