It sometimes is very difficult for someone to say" yes you are right they have 2 million in cash",, "yes they are basically a shell with 2,800,000 preferreds O/S, yes they have no debt, yes they are fully reporting,yes they have net operating tax loss carry forwards that have some added value to a new suitor or partner which will be decided by the IRS,Yes if they wind up and pay off the preferreds there will be no value to the common shareholders,yes this is a risky penny stock on the Bulletin Board. I know Wayne has a couple of threads now and I also know he only picks good solid BB stocks that are fully reporting and are not losing money and are very sound from an investment point of view.Strong Balance Sheets and are not pumped and no spamming is done.I know as I have followed his thread for the last 4-6 months and did some research on them.
I suspect from now on he will be ever diligent in his research for fear someone may yell Scam as well on his threads.Therefore I feel his thread will be one of the best in the future and I will be following it closely. I will not be posting anymore on PCES unless I have verifiable info for all to see.
This is one of the reasons I started the Ospreys Nest.Drop by some time.
