I would have to disagree with your comments. At the very least this announcement secures BLLS as a major up and comer and as such should secure the share price at this level. That is the absolute minimum that this latest announcement has brought to billserv. If as you state, the CKFR agreement is already built in, then as the company progresses and more contracts are signed, the share price should increase.

What I think this agreement brings to billserv is the credibility needed to sign up numerous new accounts and also possibly attract the attention of Investment Bankers to assist BLLS in meeting their aggressive goals.
